Position: Production Manager
Hours: Full time

Description:
EpiWorks is seeking a Production Manager who will manage the planning, communication and oversight of the execution of EpiWorks daily production needs. He or she will be responsible for managing all aspects of EpiWorks clean room operations, including growth, testing, maintenance and shipping.

Duties will include:
-Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Engineering group to develop production plans and goals.
-Manage WIP such that the production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner and with strict adherence to Quality regulations.
-Ensure availability of the clean room staff and equipment to meet production needs.
-Manage a staff of Technicians
-Training, certification, proficiency
-Plan and hold regular meetings
-Performance tracking and reviews
-Scheduling
-Provide hiring recommendations
-Track equipment uptime and identify workflow bottlenecks.
-Provide inventory tracking and control for consumable parts.
-Oversee maintenance programs and ensure they are effective and sufficient.

Requirements:
Preferred Experience:
-Semiconductor manufacturing
-Management experience in a production environment
-Demonstrated high level of communication skills
-Familiarity with SPC production techniques
-Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years in the
