It's the expertise of our people that makes a difference. When we talk about a materials and device expertise, we're talking about the people who make up our team of researchers and engineers. We've been very deliberate about building that team. We have an R & D group that interacts on a high level with our customers and develops technologies they can utilize easily, and an engineering group that uses its materials and device expertise to make sure the technology can be made into a product that performs like it should.
