• All product manufactured, tested, and packaged in our class 1000 cleanroom
• 100% final test and inspection of all product prior to shipment
• Quick-lot electrical testing performed during run calibrations
• A "Certificate of Conformance" sent with each wafer lot

We do this by looking for patterns and monitoring many variables to aim for more consistency. A big part of preventative action is about continuously collecting data and learning from it, turning it into action. And it all adds up to what our customers really want: high yield and high quality.
