Our multi-wafer LP-MOCVD systems are capable of producing volume 50-mm, 75-mm, 100-mm, and 150-mm epitaxial wafers, and our facility is state-of-the-art. EpiWorks employs a Class 1000 clean room and is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

EpiWorks has state-of-the-art quick lot device fab, discrete device characterization, and full wafer-mapping capabilities providing qualification of materials.
